How To Make Your Craigslist Links Dofollow?
Here's a neat trick to get your Craigslist Ads to Follow!
Craigslist allows you to use links with anchor text in the posts. Normally, these links will be nofollow.
When you edit the post, however, you can delete the "no" from "nofollow" in your links, repost, and the links will stay follow!

The jury is still out. However, it cost you nothing but time to try it out. I've seen my dofollow links persist for days now. Many sources on the internet claim this is not possible!

And there are some indications that even the nofollow links might carry some search engine juice...

I had been trying to get backlinks from Craig's list before but I hadn't thought of this! It seems I may be years too late for it! I will try it anyway... Like you said, even if Nofollow links are not as good as dofollow, they probably still give it a little juice, don't they? Great blog will keep poking around for more useful tips! ;)
Well, #1 you still get referrals from craigslist. #2 anchor text links might still count.
The downside is that the links are impermanent. But they might be strong while they last.
I can honestly say, that I've never thought about how to make Craiglist links Dofollow. It might only be a temporary link juice surge, but it all helps. What I did learn on another cool post from this blog, is how to turn a blogspot blog into a Dofollow blog. I may have to mess with the template later on, and give this thing a try. Cheers! ;)

It just popped in my head to see if craigslist links were do or nofollow. I came across this post and immediately after reading, I ran to try it. As soon as my link went live, I came back and noticed that comments said that craigslist caught on. Bummer! I can't imagine it could be a bad nofollow link though, and craigslist posts rank high for local searches.
Yeah I think the party is over for craigslist dofollow links.
On a positive side, this blog remains DOFOLLOW commenting blog (and moderated, of course!).

I heard Craigslist really cracked down on allowing follow links by going back and editing the post. Oh well, I just tried it and it's still not working.
It doesn't work. I tried it many times but it won't work.
My craiglist forum post done in January 2011 is still dofollow. I have done so many html links with anchor text on Craiglist forums which i find still dofollow many months later- see it here https://forums.craigslist.org/?SQ=steam+cleaner&act=RSR&forumID=91
That is fabulous, Pressurewasher Accessories! Not only are Craigslist links dofollow, but they are also seemingly permanent. Why not, they are forum links! Fantastic, and thanks for your contribution!
Further research into Pressurewasher Accessories comments shows that the links he got were from CL forum which is hardly linked from the main CL site and therefore has miniscule Page Rank juice. Not sure I saw a PR over 1 there. So yes, links could be dofollow there, but they will not carry much PR juice.
Still looking for reall dofollow link from the MAIN CL section.
